NEW MEMBERSHIP
Are you a new graduate who just passed the VTNE? If yes, congratulations! Let us help you celebrate your accomplishments and get you the Certification you've worked so hard for. Click the button below, and it will take you to the Plans & Pricing page, where you'll select "New Graduate Membership". You will fill out a form and upload the proper documentation. New graduate members must meet the following requirements:
-
Graduation from an AVMA-Accredited Veterinary Technician Program
-
Documentation from the AAVSB proving a passing score on the VTNE
-
Payment of $55.00 membership dues
These documents can be uploaded on your membership form. Once approved by our Membership and Certification administrator, you will automatically receive a digital copy of your certification, and an official copy will be mailed to you. At the top right of the webpage, be sure to create a profile. This will allow for easier tracking of your membership status and CE requirements for both you and the association, ensuring a less complicated renewal process. Creating a profile also allows access to different things on the website, including invitations to monthly membership meetings and easy registration for our annual continuing education conference.
Are you transferring your credentials from another state? If yes, click the button below and you will be taken to our Plans and Pricing Page, where you'll select the "Transferring Membership" option. Once selected, you'll fill out a new membership form. All transferring members must meet the following requirements:
-
Proof you are currently in good standing with the transferring state's credentialing agency (meaning you've maintained your RVT, LVT, or CVT in that state)
-
Diploma from an AVMA-Accredited Veterinary Technician Program with date of graduation
-
AAVSB Documents showing proof of passing score on the VTNE
-
Payment of $55.00 membership dues
The required documents can be uploaded on your membership form.
